The list of books on the links page

doesn't include Ian Carr's KJ biography (ISBN 978-0306804786)

Any reason why not? Or is there a separate book list somewhere else on the site?

I realise the book has its faults, not least the slavering fan-worship Carr uses at times, but nevertheless it's a useful source of info on KJ's life and the background to some of his recordings.

Hello,

No particular reason. The goal of having a "Books" category in the links was not necessarily to have a full bibliography. But I have added a link to the Goodreads page for Ian Carr's biography.
