I found two recordings on amazon. From what I can guess these two recordings have only recently become available.  But they are not available on CD - only mp3 downloads.  Does anyone know anything about these recordings?  Why are then (apparently) not available on CD?

"Standards in Sweden I & II" has been released by Blue Music Group. From their FAQ:

"Q: I want you to send me a CD instead of a download. A: We don't sell traditional CDs directly from our site. The CDDL is a CD quality download, which you can burn on a CD-R and print inserts for."

According to Keith Jarrett's manager, it's an illegal release (i.e. a bootleg). That's why I haven't posted about it on KeithJarrett.org.
