I heard that Friedrich Grossnick had transcribed the entire The Melody at Night, with You album (including Be My Love) and that if I contacted him, he would sell me the transcription for a nominal amount.  When I contacted Mr. Grossnick in January of this year, he confirmed that he had transcribed the entire album, but was unable to sell any transcriptions due to pending copyright issues.  He suggested I contact Keith Jarrett's label (ECM - guido.gorna@ecmrecords.com) which I did.  Mr. Gorna replied: "Indeed, we have plans for its publication, but Keith Jarrett has still to re-work some details in Mr Grossnick's transcription and I don't know when he will have time to do this. Therefore, a concrete release date cannot be announced. We will have to be patient and wait for Keith's response."

I have since tried to re-contact Mr. Gorna without much success.  Maybe if more than one of us continues to ask, the release of the transcriptions will take on a higher priority.
