Hello Forum members

I believe there must have been a version of the song "Treasure Island" itself, by another artist, around the 80's possibly, more melodic. Does anybody know who covered it? I have for years researched and tried to remember, it is a lost childhood memory from having heard it on the radio in those 80's... heartfelt thanx from Rio for anyone who took their time to read this !!

I've never heard about anybody covering "Treasure Island". Do you remember anything about the cover itself? Was it an acoustic or electric version? A solo or band performance?

Keith Jarrett himself played it as an encore during is solo concerts (e.g. Bremen 1975, which is regularly broadcast on radio, or Freiburg 1975).
