The "Miles at the Fillmore - Miles Davis 1970: The Bootleg Series, Vol. 3" 4-CD box set has just been released last week, on March 25, 2014.
Here is is an excerpt from Thom Jurek's review on AllMusic:
"Until now, the official recordings of Miles Davis' performances at the Fillmore East between June 17 and 20, 1970 have been limited to Miles at the Fillmore, released as a double-disc. That album's producer Teo Macero edited the recordings to create medleys of each night's music to four 20-minute selections. This four-disc set contains the full concerts. There are 100 minutes of previously unreleased music from Wednesday through Saturday, and an additional 35 minutes of unreleased music from a previous gig at the Fillmore West."
The June 17-20, 1970 concerts feature Keith Jarrett on organ. For more information about these concerts, see Peter Losin's sessionography (June 17, 18, 19, and 20).
For more information about the box set, see also the announcement on milesdavis.com.

Hi Olivier
Can you please clarify if possible the situation regarding Keith's position on stage at these Fillmore shows?
As Peter Losin confirms:
The Columbia track sheets for the four Fillmore sessions indicate that the stereo image was (left to right):
Sax (or Trpt) - El. Piano - Drums - Trpt - Organ - Perc - El. Bass
On Miles Davis at Fillmore we hear Jarrett (org) on the left and Corea (el-p) on the right, and subsequent CD reissues preserve that image. The four-CD set Miles at the Fillmore (Legacy 88765 43381), remixed and remastered in 2013, reverses this image: Corea is on the left and Jarrett is on the right -- perhaps a return to the image listed on the original track sheets. To make matters more confusing, in video footage from the period (e.g. from Tanglewood and the Isle of Wight), Jarrett is on the left side of the stage, Corea on the right. So which is the "true" image? Until photographs surface of the band on stage during the Fillmore sets, we may never know.
So if you can shed some light on this, and whether the new release is correct or incorrect, that would be great.

Hi,
Well, no idea, to be honest. This is probably a question for the Miles Davis List (lots of knowledgeable people there):

Thanks anyway Olivier. I thought you might know, being such a Keith Jarrett fan, and this forum concerning Keith Jarrett.
I will check out the Miles group - cheers for the recommendation.
