This is all I have been able locate so far, but suspect that there will be more in the coming days, as today (July 1^st) is Canada Day and a National holiday.

I attended the concert last evening and the trio was in superb form, despite the small incident regarding the tuning of the piano. I suspect that Keith does some of this just to keep up the reputation. During the introduction, and before the group returned following the intermission, the audience was kindly requested to turn off all phones, etc. And that there were no, repeat no, photos to be taken, even during curtain calls. I did not notice anyone taking pics.
